We will call to exercise and feed your dog(s) as well as giving them fuss and attention.

Our dog walking is on a 1-2-1 basis. We do not pack walk. We charge by the length of time you want your dog walked. Your dog will only be let off the lead with the owner’s permission. Pet Relief have a number of dog walkers in the West Hertfordshire area, therefore we try wherever possible to keep the same walker for your dog, based locally, throughout the year. If however they were unable to get to you because of illness or holiday then we will arrange cover. This effectively means we can offer our dog walking service 365 days a year.

We don’t just offer cat feeding. On top of carrying out the essentials; giving fresh food and water, administering medication and changing litter trays we can also give your cat(s) lots of fuss and attention thus maintaining their routine and keeping them in their familiar home environment.

In addition we can also open and close curtains/blinds, turn lights on/off, remove post from your letterbox, turn radios on/off, put rubbish out for collection and water plants both indoors and out. We charge per visit, therefore we can make as many or as few visits as you would like.

We will visit your home and feed, clean out and give your pet fuss and attention. We will keep their routine the same to minimise the effect of your absence.

Alternatively we offer a pet boarding service. We have several large runs/aviaries at our own home. We also take pets in their own cages, which can be kept in heated rooms. Their routine will be kept the same and owners will be asked to provide their own food and bedding to avoid upset stomachs, mites, etc.

We provide a dog boarding service in our own home. However we are not a kennels. This service is for the dog that likes to be kept in a home environment.

Their routine will be kept as much the same as possible and the owner will be asked to provide their own food in order to avoid any upset stomachs. Please also bring anything that you feel would make your dog stay with us a happy one. So, if he/she has a favourite bowl, bed, blanket etc - please feel free to bring them along.

We also offer a dog sitting service where we can stay with your dog in your own home and give them company for several hours. e.g. bonfire night, weddings, etc. Dog sitting can give peace of mind for owners of dogs with separation anxiety.

We offer a house sitting service where we can stay in your home.

As well as feeding, exercising and caring for your pets, we will undertake to remove post out of view, water plants, put rubbish out, take telephone messages and deal with callers if required.
