We first met PETrelief when they began to care for our aged tabby, the last of a long line of felines, in his declining years, enabling us to relax when we were away from home. We continue to be very impressed with their service, their professionalism, their approachability and their sheer caring and kindness to our pets and us too!

Our regular dog walker is reliable, friendly, trustworthy, and has a great manner with the dogs. She’s very flexible and will come for additional visits to feed the dogs if we're out in the evening. She does little extras too – washing up their bowls, bringing in our post, and playing with the dogs.

Raffles, our miniature schnauzer, dog has enjoyed his walks with PETrelief for nine years. We have always found PETrelief to be reliable and very good at understanding the needs and peculiarities of their four-legged clients.

PETrelief has provided an excellent service for me and my four cats. I mostly use PETrelief to look after the cats each week while I spend a night or two looking after my three year old granddaughter while my daughter works. This means that I have sometimes had to ask for last minute changes to the arrangements depending on M25 traffic, sickness etc. and Anne has always come to the rescue without any problems.

I have used PETrelief regularly over the last 2-3 years and they have provided an excellent service. My dog walker is nearly always the same lady which means that she has got to know my dog so I know that she is safe when out walking with her. PETrelief have also organised for her to holiday board with a walker and this too has been very successful. The service provided by PETrelief has always been reliable and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

When we had Emma, our ex-racer Greyhound, Paul and his company came in to give her some lunch and take her for a walk at lunchtimes when we were at work. They were very reliable and never failed to turn up, and on a few occasions called in on Emma when I got stuck at work in the early evening, even though I had asked at very short notice.

Honey and Molly are much happier with you coming into the house to feed them rather than them going into the cattery. The extra services (putting the bin out / feeding the plants) are also really useful if I go away on holiday.

I have two dogs, a cocker spaniel and a Tibetan terrier. They have been walked by PETrelief for the last 5 years. They both look forward to their walk with their daily walker Diane. PETrelief also have visited the home to let the dogs out etc when I have been absent for longer periods in the day. This enables me to know when leaving the dogs they are well cared for by someone they know well. In addition Cara and Chloe have stayed at PETrelief when I go on holiday and it is a relief to see them run into the house looking settled before I leave them.

I have been using the services of PETrelief since January 1999 and have found them excellent. They are reliable and trustworthy. They hold my keys and collect my dog Bella whenever required. I have absolutely no concerns whatsoever about leaving her in their charge. I know they understand her and treat her as part of the family.

In addition Lisa has considerable knowledge of animals and I have been able to contact her when I’ve had a problem, for instance when introducing a cat to the household. Her advice has always been sound and reassuring.

We have known Melanie for almost a year now in her position as dog walker (pet carer) for PETrelief.

She has looked after our 1 year old Labrador, Tinker, on a regular basis during that time for healthy walks and Tinker has also stayed over at Mel’s for a week during our family holiday. Tinker enjoyed this time immensely and we have every confidence in Mel’s care for her.

Our black Labrador Ziggy is 7 years old and has been staying with Paul and Lisa at PETrelief since she was a puppy.

Ziggy loves company, so we find the situation at PETrelief ideal, with both humans and doggy friends for company. It is also good to know that the dogs are all comfortable in the house at night, especially during the colder months.

She has stayed there from as short a period as a day to three weeks and is always so excited when she arrives.

We have found Lisa and Paul extremely reliable. It is always easy to contact them and if they are not available your call is returned promptly.

Rosie, our golden retriever, has been a “client” of PETrelief Ltd for the past 8 years using both their excellent walking and kennelling services.

We have been using PETrelief since January 2003 to walk Josie, our Cocker Spaniel.

PETrelief have cared for our pets since 2004. They look after our cats in our home when we are on holiday and visit our dog if we have to leave him too long on his own. Lisa and Paul have always been utterly capable and reliable. They care beautifully for our pets and deal with any issues that crop up in our absence.

I have been using PETrelief for a number of months now and would not hesitate to shout their praises! I have a rescue cat that is very nervous and does not like being "abandoned" by her owner when she dares to go on holiday (!), so did not want to add to the stress of this by putting her in a cattery. So was pleased when told about this scheme and felt slightly less guilty about leaving her. Debra does a superb job of making Mittens feel spoiled and will spend time playing and in my opinion definitely goes the extra mile in order to make Mittens feel loved.

It is a great relief to know that someone will be visiting the house on a daily basis when my husband and I are away. Lisa is very experienced with animals and I know I can rest assured that she will take good care of them and if anything does occur which she cannot handle she will contact our vet.

Lisa not only looks after my cats, but also water plants, feed my fish and leaves security lights on if needed.

Paul and Lisa walked our dog for well over a year and provided a reliable service. They were always able to walk Luther when we required.

I was very pleased with the service and would have no doubts in recommending their service to other people.

My daughter and I have used PETrelief for several years. Lisa has looked after my cats and my daughters rabbits when we have taken our holidays. We are both extremely happy with the service she gives.

The animals have obviously been well looked after and her veterinary nursing was very useful when one of my cats was unwell.

We both know that we can go away without worrying about our pet’s welfare and, in addition, the animals are much happier staying in their own surroundings.

I phoned PETrelief to inquire about taking care of our dog Molly. Lisa came to our home with proper identification, references and was absolutely concerned about Molly's needs. We hired them.

They sent us a lady called Emma and we couldn't have asked for a better carer for Molly. She loved Molly and treated Molly like she was her own. She checked in with us daily to let us know how everything was going.

It was the first time we left Molly and of course we were nervous on how she would react to us leaving her. When we arrived home Molly was very, very happy to see us, and also happy within herself thanks to Emma.

The next time we go on holiday we will definitely phone PETrelief and go away knowing Molly is in good hands. We wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

We used PETrelief to look after our dog for approximately a year. In that time we found that the standard of care and reliability of PETrelief, to be excellent.

The ability to look after the house, turning on lights to deter intruders was an added bonus in the darker winter months. We were impressed by their flexibility and courteous approach and would have no hesitation in recommending them for dog walking or cat sitting.

I would like to thank you again for looking after Pippa & Chloe. They have come home two happy and contented dogs, which is entirely due to the care and attention you must have given to them. This is the first time I have left them with anyone outside of the family, and I wasn’t sure if they would settle, but your home is so calm and relaxed, you completely understand dogs and their behaviour, that I can’t express my thanks enough.

Can I just say thank you for the service you have provided me for the last couple of years. I know Tyler & Buddy enjoyed the daily visits (when I took time off work, they still looked out of the window waiting for Lorraine!), and I felt secure in the knowledge that they were looked after.

We have been using the services of PETrelief to look after our cats when we're away at weekends or on holiday for many years, I believe since some time in 2002.
